Yesterday, we had the pleasure of connecting with Ivy Philip and Jo-Ann Chow — they are truly lovely and incredibly passionate about advocating for neurodivergent (ND) talent placements.
What really stood out is how intentional they are about preparing ND talents to thrive in the workplace. It’s not just about placements, it’s about coaching, confidence-building, and ensuring both the talent and the employer are set up for success. That kind of thoughtful support makes all the difference.
Because there is so much untapped capability within the ND community. From the creativity, focus, unique problem-solving strengths…. And with the right support structures, these strengths can shine.
