Different Minds. Different Perspectives. Better Conversations.
And we’re back for Round 2!
On 13 October 2026, Neurons Asia returned for Part 2 of our Understanding Your Strengths and Managing Neurodiversity at Work training programmes, bringing neurodivergent talents and their line managers together for another day of learning, unlearning and, most importantly, connecting.
This time, we explored Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions and Social Cues, two areas that influence how we communicate, interpret behaviours, manage expectations and navigate everyday workplace interactions.
Because let’s face it. What seems perfectly obvious to one person may be completely confusing to another. And sometimes, what we perceive as someone’s attitude or behaviour is simply a difference in how they experience and interpret the world.
Through practical activities, real workplace scenarios and plenty of honest conversations (and laughter!), we explored how to recognise these differences, challenge assumptions and find better ways to communicate and work together.
One thing we continue to reinforce:
Different doesn’t mean difficult.
And neuroinclusion isn’t just about supporting neurodivergent talents. It’s about equipping everyone with the awareness, understanding and practical tools to build stronger working relationships.
A HUGE thank you to our participants for showing up with curiosity, openness and a willingness to learn from one another. And to PETRONAS Keena Syed Ishak Nur Azmalaila Abd Mutalib Muhammad Shah Ahmad Nor Fathir Suhaimi Intan Nahariah Yaacob for continuing to champion this journey with us.
And a special shoutout to our wonderful trainers-in-arms, our very own ride-or-die crew! Khairul Mohd Syazwan Zakaria Pamilia Andrew Peggy Lam
We’re learning, refining and growing with every session. Because creating inclusive workplaces isn’t a one-off training. It’s an ongoing journey of small shifts, better conversations and meaningful action.
