One year ago, we started with a simple but meaningful purpose: to help people better understand themselves, embrace neurodiversity, and create workplaces where every talent has the opportunity to thrive.

In just 12 months, we\u2019ve grown in ways we never imagined. We\u2019ve had the privilege of working alongside organisations, universities, professionals, families, and communities who share our belief that understanding is the first step towards true inclusion.

It hasn\u2019t always been easy. Building a social enterprise comes with its share of challenges, but every conversation sparked, every mindset shifted, and every individual who felt seen reminds us why we started this journey.

To everyone who has believed in us, partnered with us, opened doors, and championed our work #thankyou<\/a>. This milestone belongs to all of you.

As we begin our second year, we\u2019d love to connect with organisations, institutions and partners who share our vision of creating more inclusive workplaces and meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent talents. Together, we can make a lasting difference.
