As we close the 2025 chapter at Neurons, it feels only right to pause, breathe, and say: wow\u2026 what a year.\u00a0

One\u00a0of the biggest highlights this year was being selected for the Launch stage. The moment that truly kick-started and reaffirmed our journey as a startup. That \u201cokay, this is really happening\u201d moment. No turning back now. We\u00a0wouldn\u2019t\u00a0have gotten this far without these wonderful\u00a0peeps\u00a0Zafirah Zulkifli<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Sha Kalam<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0M Khalil Izwan Abdul Jalil<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Fahmi Azril Abu Said<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Anh Han<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Nik Amirul Hafiz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Najihah Adnan<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc\u00a0\u00a0

Another huge high: the neurodiversity community. Warm, encouraging, and relentlessly positive. When everyone shares the same goal, seeing inclusion practiced and neurodivergent brilliance appreciated. It reminds us exactly why we started Neurons in the first place. And of\u00a0course, a special milestone for us this year was our first national-level outing at the\u00a0PERTUBUHAN KESELAMATAN SOSIAL (PERKESO)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0MYFutureJobs<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0PWD Career Carnival. Seeing Neurons show up on that stage was both surreal and incredibly affirming.\u00a0

Now\u2026 the\u00a0lows\u00a0(because\u00a0let\u2019s\u00a0not romanticise this too much).\u00a0
\u00a0
Nothing,\u00a0and we\u00a0mean nothing, is as simple as it seems. Registering a company, opening a business bank account, understanding agreements, navigating legalities\u2026 nobody warned us\u00a0there\u2019d\u00a0be this much paperwork and Googling at midnight.\u00a0
\u00a0
And then\u00a0there\u2019s\u00a0the reality check: not everything we plan comes to fruition. Things change. People change. Change is the only constant.\u00a0
\u00a0
All we can do\u00a0is pivot and always, always have backup plans (plural, because one is never enough).\u00a0
\u00a0
Truth\u00a0is, nothing could have prepared us for what\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0really like to be entrepreneurs, navigating uncertainty in the business world.\u00a0
\u00a0
And if\u00a0you asked\u00a0us, \u201cWould you give it all up?\u201d Heck no.\u00a0
\u00a0
Because\u00a0every high, every low, every pivot has brought us closer to the work that truly matters.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0walking into 2026 clearer, braver, and more grounded in our purpose \u2014 to keep building spaces where neurodivergent talents are seen, supported, and celebrated.\u00a0
