We kicked off the morning at hashtag#PING23<\/a> first-ever alumni meetup, bringing together all three cohorts, mentors, advisors, and the core team. A beautiful reunion of people who once survived those accelerated program days, you know the ones where your brain tries to learn 10 new things while your body whispers, \u201cWhy? Why are you doing this?\u201d

But somehow, we all kept going. (Collective delusion? Maybe. Collective ambition? Absolutely.)

And honestly, the alumni meetup was more than a session. Seeing everyone back together in one space, catching up, laughing, and reconnecting felt like we had never left Accelerate Day 1. Same energy. Same chaos. Same camaraderie.

A highlight was Xelia Tong<\/a> session on \u201cCEO Life: The Dream vs The Reality\u201d where she reminded us that being a CEO is basically being CXXX, or as the Chinese saying goes: \u201cone leg kick all\u201d which is the ultimate jack-of-all-trades gig. It was funny, painfully accurate, and a perfect warm-up for the day ahead.

After that, Team Neurons headed into a meaningful catch-up with the @NeuroDynamics folks Fauzia Sultan<\/a> Pamilia Andrew<\/a> Ainul Jaria Bt Maidin<\/a> continuing the conversation we started back in March about advancing the neurodiversity agenda together.

And moments like these remind us why we do what we do. It\u2019s heartening to see how many allies, partners, and passionate change-makers are out there, ever ready to collaborate, co-create, and champion inclusion in ways that multiply impact.

Because while you can go fast alone\u2026 going together means going further, wiser, and with a whole lot more heart.
