One year ago, we started with a simple but meaningful purpose: to help people better understand themselves, embrace neurodiversity, and create workplaces where every talent has the opportunity to thrive.
In just 12 months, we’ve grown in ways we never imagined. We’ve had the privilege of working alongside organisations, universities, professionals, families, and communities who share our belief that understanding is the first step towards true inclusion.
It hasn’t always been easy. Building a social enterprise comes with its share of challenges, but every conversation sparked, every mindset shifted, and every individual who felt seen reminds us why we started this journey.
